03 - 2 medium ripe bananas, thinly sliced
04 - 2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts (optional)
05 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter for frying

06 - Powdered sugar for dusting
07 - Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving
# Directions:
01 - Place a tortilla on a cutting board and make a single cut from the center out to the edge, dividing it into four sections.
02 - Spread 2 tablespoons of Nutella over the first quarter; place half the banana slices on the second quarter; sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts on the third quarter if using; leave the fourth quarter plain or add more Nutella as preferred.
03 - Starting at the cut edge, fold the Nutella-covered quarter over the bananas, then fold over the hazelnuts, and finally fold over the last quarter to form a compact triangle.
04 - Repeat the process with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
05 - Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each folded wrap for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
06 - Serve the wraps warm, dusted with powdered sugar and optionally topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
