01 - Rinse all berries gently under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
02 - Hull and halve the strawberries for uniform pieces.
03 - Thread berries onto wooden or metal skewers, alternating types and adding a mint leaf after every few berries to enhance freshness.
04 - Place the completed skewers neatly on a serving platter.
05 - If desired, drizzle lightly with honey or maple syrup and sprinkle with lemon zest just before serving.
