# Directions:
01 - Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat, add dried butterfly pea flowers, and steep for 5 minutes until the water turns deep blue. Strain the infusion using a fine mesh strainer and allow it to cool.
02 - In a pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until the sugar completely dissolves.
03 - Pour 2 cups of cold water into the lemon mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
04 - Fill each glass with ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices.
05 - Pour equal amounts of the cooled blue butterfly pea flower infusion into each prepared glass.
