01 - 4 slices sourdough or white sandwich bread
02 - 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
→ Seasoning
04 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
# Directions:
01 - Lay out the bread slices and spread an even layer of softened butter on one side of each slice.
02 - Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously onto the buttered side of all bread slices, pressing gently to ensure it adheres.
03 - Flip two bread slices so the unseasoned side faces up, place 2 slices of cheese on each, then top with the remaining bread slices, seasoned side facing out.
04 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
05 - Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently until bread is golden and crisp and cheese is fully melted.
06 - Remove from skillet, allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve.
