# Directions:

02 - Add sausage slices and sauté until browned evenly, approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add red and yellow bell peppers along with red onion. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
04 - Incorporate minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes, cooking for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until tomatoes soften.
05 - Return sausage to skillet, add dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes if desired, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine and cook for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
