- Dip: 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain full-fat or low-fat), 2 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped, 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped, 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 small garlic clove minced, Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

- Step 2:
- Slice cucumbers diagonally into 1/4-inch thick ovals Arrange slices in overlapping rows to form a fan shape on a large serving platter

- Peel carrots then slice diagonally into thin ovals similar in size to the cucumber slices Arrange next to the cucumber continuing the fan pattern

- Cut bell peppers into thin strips Arrange them in sections beside the cucumbers and carrots for added color
- Step 5:
- Place cherry tomatoes and sugar snap peas in clusters at the base or sides of the fan for visual contrast
